All Things Veteran Medevac The Veterans Administration (VA) is the largest health care system in the United States and provides high-quality care to our nations veterans. As with any large entity, navigating through the system to obtain care can be a daunting task for the veteran, the family, and even the care givers in the community. VETAir is a veteran service organization (VSO) with expertise in navigating the VA Special Mode Transportation Air Ambulance (SMTAA) system.
